• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent listing information.
• Use the platform to harass, defame, or harm any individual or business.
We reserve the right to suspend or ban access to users who violate these terms.
3. Listing Submissions
By submitting a business listing, you confirm that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to submit it.
Vanampadi reserves the right to accept, reject, edit, or remove any submitted listing at our sole discretion without providing a reason.
Submitted listings become part of the Vanampadi directory. We may display, format, and edit the submitted information to ensure consistency and quality.
If you are a business owner and wish to claim, update, or remove your listing, please submit a listing update or removal request.
4. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that listings on Vanampadi are accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any listing.
Business information including opening hours, contact details, and addresses may change without notice. We recommend verifying critical information directly with the business before visiting.
Vanampadi is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from reliance on inaccurate listing information.
5. Intellectual Property
The Vanampadi name, logo, and website design are the intellectual property of Vanampadi. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these without prior written permission.
Business names, logos, and content submitted by third parties remain the property of their respective owners. We do not claim ownership over submitted listing information.
You may share links to individual listings or pages on Vanampadi for non-commercial purposes.
6. Third-Party Links
Listings on Vanampadi may include links to external websites, social media pages, or apps. These links are provided for convenience only.
We have no control over the content of third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.
7. Advertising
Vanampadi may display advertisements from third-party networks including Google AdSense. These advertisements are clearly presented and separate from directory listings.
We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Clicking on advertisements may take you to external websites governed by their own terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Vanampadi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vanampadi and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed RM 100.
